Rainy Day Visit We arrived on a stormy day to just look at cars for the first time in awhile. Michael was so kind, knowlegeable and helpful. He went out on the lot We arrived on a stormy day to just look at cars for the first time in awhile. Michael was so kind, knowlegeable and helpful. He went out on the lot in the rain and brought various models from storage lots to show us styles and colors. He and a trainee spent 2 plus hours with us even though we were "just looking." Very impressed with the total lack of pressure and eagerness to help. Michael even brought out suitcases to check trunk capacity for us!
