I leased 2 Lexus vehicles from Hendricks in the past so when the Service was due on my new BMW i4 I took it to their East Bay BMW shop. At 7am I was meet by a smile and handshake from Geoff who made the en when the Service was due on my new BMW i4 I took it to their East Bay BMW shop. At 7am I was meet by a smile and handshake from Geoff who made the entire experience a true pleasure! They sent me a video of the walkthrough and service which was cool and informative and washed the car as well. You can tell they treat their employees well because I saw Geoff going the extra mile for other guests arriving with joy, he loves his job (it gets kinda busy around 10am) Pro Tip: book your service early it’s like 7am it’s super peaceful :) More
