Our visit was really great. Our service associate Jonathon was very personal and cared about concerns and was very forthcoming with services that we needed for our vehicle. Our visit last time was very time consuming and confusing. The service dept list who was working on our car and actually couldn’t find the keys. All this while we waited to just get a key fob programmed. We can feel the service dept has done a make over to make it better. This was our first experience getting our vehicle serviced. I liked the video text and email of showing the vehicle and findings while going through the car for issues. This is a great feature especially for someone like me who understands vehicle maintence and repairs. This was an informative way to show the status of the car while going over the inspection. Jonathon our service advisor communicated well with us on what was needed, what was done and what needed to be addressed next time. We felt nobody pushed us on any additional services needed. We were very pleased with our service and we hope the service dept continues this service. More
