No one reached out to me as described here in respond. I made two calls Wednesday July 8th regarding this issue. First call to Joshua Presinal (925 251 7016) at 10.40 AM. He never picked the phone. Second call same day at 10.42 AM to Jim Burke (925 251 7015) and left a VM. So far never heard from any one

Finally I reached out to Geoff and took the car back to the East Bay BMW. It took over a week to diagnose. Geoff came back to and informed that they will replace the battery again and no charge to me. it appears that they installed a bad battery and in addition to negative terminal was not tighten properly. Same time they want to replace the alternator. Alternator was working fine before dealer installed new battery first time with lose negative connection. I am not a automotive expert. But Alternator was gone bad due to lose negative connection or bad battery or both. There are many articles at internet related to that including similar incident happen to BMW car. But at the end I get the bill for alternator. So I got the car back after replacing battery and alternator. Guess what! Now my air conditioner is not working. I was so mad and took the car back immediately. Jim Burke took the car to diagnose. During alternator install they took the cables power to compressor. It seems they forget to install the cables or did not install properly the cable powering to compressor. I could not believe my ears. This is the BMW dealer. Technicians are certified to do the work. They are charging arm and leg. But they do not know how to install a simple cable. First battery cable was lose. Now cable to compressor was lose or not installed. When I looked at their documentation it says all are checked and working fine. Even took the car for test drive. But the technician did not realize that AC is not working. That means East Bay is not truthful on documentation or he simply went on Joy ride without checking the car during test drive. So this entire saga (took four time car to the East Bay) I spent almost $8000 with such a poor service. Jim supposed to give me some money back for my bad experience and my time, inconvenience that they caused. But so far have not seen a penny. Their technicians are highly incompetent though they are certified.
