Everything happened as expected and as it should. BMW roadside assistance towed my car to the dealer due to a flat tire that I could not drive on. I arranged with Ben, my service advisor to check i BMW roadside assistance towed my car to the dealer due to a flat tire that I could not drive on. I arranged with Ben, my service advisor to check in the car, have a new tire installed and have a wheel alignment done. All this done at the last minute and car was ready the next day. Ben also arranged with the tire manufacturer for me to have the new tire at no cost as it was only 2 months old. I did have to pay tax and labor. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly.
