Whoever I have dealt with in the past other than the employees I mentioned, they were not helpful, they lied to me and charged me for extra tire or they were very rude (one of them were, Miriam). We had our BMW 328X-D repaired, and the process was smooth, transparent, and effortless. Bruce Wong did a great job leading us through it from the beginning to the end. I brought my care for a recall repair. To be honest I don’t expect great service for recalls. But it was pretty mediocre, below my expectations. They kept the car overnight and it was ready in the morning. Why couldn’t they just fix it that day? He said they had a lot of recalls to do, but that can be fixed by scheduling better. Also, they did some inspection but never even told me why my red service light was on. They couldn’t even read the codes? The lounge is also not very nice compared to what they have in San Francisco. So not horrible but not great. More
