After I entered the service area, I was greeted by a service advisor, letting me know that someone will be with me shortly. I was not in the waiting area, instead I was across the way at the main sales service advisor, letting me know that someone will be with me shortly. I was not in the waiting area, instead I was across the way at the main sales floor. The Service Advisor (Myriam Flores) greeted me by name as I was looking at E models, electric vehicles. I pointed to one vehicle and asked, is that electric? She replied yes and proceeded to inform about the vehicles in the lineup. I was actually Surprised of her knowledge. She explained to me exactly what will happen and kept me informed! I didn't have to wait long for my vehicle. I checked in at 7:49 A.M. and just after 9:30 A.M. I was notified my vehicle was ready. Now that's Service! Ms. Myriam Flores informed me what "Recall" repairs were done and explained the recommendation for Services listed in the on the Work Order and asked if I wanted them done, which I declined. Though I am grateful that there are honest people working at East Bay BMW... I give Myriam Flores 5 Stars Plus! More

Jivan Kemper was the best Client Advisor ever. This was my 5th time buying a new car and the best experience I've ever had. Overall, I had a positive experience with East Bay BMW service. I appreciate the thoroughness and professionalism shown by Ben Simpson and his team. Ben speeded up the process for the replacement of the steering rack, and I can get my auto back much sooner without a loaner. He was there, waiting for me to pick up my IX on Friday at 6pm. Although my BMW did not get the courtesy car wash and vacuum on that day, but Ben promised me he can help schedule to do that on later on. I also found it helpful when I received videos to explain the work being done—it added clarity and transparency to the process. I don't see Ben's name under the service dept., but I like to give him FIVE Stars. More

I am very disappointed with East Bay BMW, first of all, they took over a month to fix my car, after picking up my car they didn't wash the car , and they scratch the rear bumper, i have called many times s they took over a month to fix my car, after picking up my car they didn't wash the car , and they scratch the rear bumper, i have called many times service advisor was horrible on returning my call or follow up with the repairs, very unprofessional, NOT recommended at all More
