After I entered the service area, I was greeted by a service advisor, letting me know that someone will be with me shortly. I was not in the waiting area, instead I was across the way at the main sales service advisor, letting me know that someone will be with me shortly. I was not in the waiting area, instead I was across the way at the main sales floor. The Service Advisor (Myriam Flores) greeted me by name as I was looking at E models, electric vehicles. I pointed to one vehicle and asked, is that electric? She replied yes and proceeded to inform about the vehicles in the lineup. I was actually Surprised of her knowledge. She explained to me exactly what will happen and kept me informed! I didn't have to wait long for my vehicle. I checked in at 7:49 A.M. and just after 9:30 A.M. I was notified my vehicle was ready. Now that's Service! Ms. Myriam Flores informed me what "Recall" repairs were done and explained the recommendation for Services listed in the on the Work Order and asked if I wanted them done, which I declined. Though I am grateful that there are honest people working at East Bay BMW... I give Myriam Flores 5 Stars Plus! More
