I typically leave positive reviews, but my recent experience with BMW was unacceptable. I brought my car in for repairs to the front and rear right wheels, but when it was returned, the rubber moldin experience with BMW was unacceptable. I brought my car in for repairs to the front and rear right wheels, but when it was returned, the rubber molding was damaged and the front windshield was cracked. When I pointed out that the windshield was intact before the service, BMW claimed it cracked because the car was left outside. This response was both unprofessional and unsatisfactory. More
