Alyse my service advisor did an excellent job in getting my bmw z4 serviced. East bay bmw replaced my oil and brake fluid. Alyse kept me updated the whole time and even send me a video of my car being wor my bmw z4 serviced. East bay bmw replaced my oil and brake fluid.
