If I could give Alex at BMW a gold medal, a crown, and a lifetime supply of thank-you notes, I would. As someone who’s new to the area and totally clueless about cars (seriously, I’m more likely to understand ancient hieroglyphics than a service menu), finding someone like Alex felt like striking automotive gold. From the moment I walked in, Alex was welcoming, kind, and incredibly patient. He explained everything in such clear detail that I actually felt smart by the end of it — a true magician in the world of car service. He never made me feel silly for not knowing much, and trust me, I called him a lot (I might owe him coffee now), but not once did he seem annoyed or rushed. He answered every question with grace, humor, and a smile — I could practically hear it over the phone. He broke down the pricing with complete transparency (no smoke, no mirrors), and helped me understand what my car needed now, what could wait, and why. It never felt like a sales pitch — it felt like a trusted friend walking me through it. Moving to a new area can be tough, but this experience was genuinely heartwarming. No idea why but they unplugged the wires to my front and rear dashcams. In the past I've had problems with service members (not this particular location but in general) joyriding my car so just to be safe I rear dashcams. It took three visits to get one thing done. First time they checked the car in only to find out they didn't have the part. Second time showed up same thing. Third time they finally got it. This was my second service visit where there was no call when the vehicle was ready. The Sales people made an appt to look at a new X5, they were a no show. They called at the end of the day and said they would send over data on several new vehicles Im looking at. Never heard from them. This dealership needs help. More
