Fast and extremely professional experience at the dealership this morning dropping my loaner off and picking up my car. Check in was great. Pick up was terrible. 1. Car was not washed and vacuumed as promised. 2. Driver's seat setting had been changed. 3. Car gas Guage was on reserve w Pick up was terrible. 1. Car was not washed and vacuumed as promised. 2. Driver's seat setting had been changed. 3. Car gas Guage was on reserve when brought in with 15 miles remaining. At pick up it had zero miles remaining. I was told that I probably could still make it to a gas station around the corner 4. I brought the car in for a free recall repair and ended up paying $3500 for additional defiencies found. And this is how the car was returned to me! 5. I flagged down an employee who witness this scene and he git a gas can and gave me e few gallons of gas. What a great employee. I give him 5 stars, but whoever worked on my car doesn't deserve one star. More
