Jason Cohn was fantastic to deal with that was the person in finance. They didn’t have the car that we wanted, but found it and then literally we picked it up a day and a half later. I've been taking my cars for servicing at East Bay BMW. It has a separate waiting room with snacks, water, and coffee, as well as partitioned working areas. Service advisors are generally courteous and knowledgeable. Special shout out to Bruce Wong, who attended my vehicle, provided status of vehicle, and explained available options. Bruce also arranged a follow up appointment to further diagnose an issue with the car. Highly recommended. More
Daryll Farillas, a Product Specialist Genius is outstanding! We didn’t know anything about our i4 40 electric vehicle and went to East Bay BMW without an appointment. Although he was very busy, he took the time to instruct us thoroughly enough to operate our car! BAD FAITH! ! Have 530e bought from East Bay. . Hybrid transmission problems. Dealer won’t acknowledge it. Bought extended warranty for $3,000 months ago prior ! Have 530e bought from East Bay. . Hybrid transmission problems. Dealer won’t acknowledge it. Bought extended warranty for $3,000 months ago prior to base warranty expiration, due to lack of repair by dealer. Was just informed BMW North America decide not to ‘activate’ the warranty due to some technicality they invoked. IMMORAL CONDUCT. THEY ARE ‘SORRY’ BUT DON’T CARE. Have bought three cars there. NEVER AGAIN. More
