When the Finance department made a mistake with my down payment, Lito resolved it for me even though the car was already sold by then and he didn't really need to get involved. More

Had unforeseen radiator fluid issues with my BMW M2 and that made my car undrivable. As an RN, I only had one day off from work and needed to get my car working so I can get to work in SF. My service advisor Kier Custodio went above and beyond to help get my car operational. Kier was very knowledgeable, approachable, and made me feel like a valued customer even though we just met for the 1st time. Kier was extremely helpful and made it a priority to get my car running. He kept me posted throughout so I was never left wondering what was going on. After mentioning my wife’s BMW 430i was due for maintenance, he took the extra step to help my wife as well. He went the extra mile…something that meant a lot since I had limited time to get all of our cars addressed due to a tight work schedule. He is someone that I would highly recommend to my family and friends. Previously we were going to other BMW dealerships for our services but will start going to East Bay BMW due to the excellent service we received from Kier. Kier provided amazing customer service.
