I've always received great service at Earnhardt Toyota. This visit, the experience was not as good though as when the service was done, the person that was giving me my paperwork didn't even go through wha This visit, the experience was not as good though as when the service was done, the person that was giving me my paperwork didn't even go through what was completed on the vehicle. They just handed me the papers to sign and said that the attendant would bring my vehicle out shortly. When I got in the vehicle it was already running but when I made a quick stop on the way home and turned vehicle off then back on the maintenance required soon alert came back on. The person who provided the service never reset the maintenance required alert. Thankfully I was able to reset this by following the instruction in the owners manual or else I would have had to make a trip back to the dealer to have it reset. Again, overall the service is usually great at Earnhardt but this time I wasn't as happy. Hopefully nothing else was forgotten during this last visit. More
