My biggest complaint is the lack of anyone returning calls when inquiring on financing and why my license plate has not be received yet. Purchased the vehicle towards the end of May and have yet to rece calls when inquiring on financing and why my license plate has not be received yet. My temporary plate was only good until 6/1/2011 and they took my information down so that the girl in the department that handles the plates will call me back. Will not fix things clearly under warranty. CD player has been defective for two years but will not repair/replace because they can't 'replicate the problem' that happens every time we drive it.
