I brought in a price quote from my employer, American Express, that was supposed to be given and was told it was incorrect by Telly. It was not an all bad experience there were some good things. Nigel followed up with me and made me feel I had a consultant with me through the process. The one thing that sets badly with me was the price not being honored. I could feel the pulling at my pocket the whole way through and that is what happens when people are commissioned. More

I was at Toyota for an oil change with a $25.00 gift card that Toyota sent me in the mail as an incentive 'to come back'! After the oil change was complete, Toyota consultant Mark Berkheimer convinced me to that Toyota sent me in the mail as an incentive 'to come back'! After the oil change was complete, Toyota consultant Mark Berkheimer convinced me to bring my car back to Toyota for the repairs listed in the 'Know Your Vehicle' booklet he gave me that listed the problems that needed to be addressed 'right away'! I had been taking my car elsewhere for repairs I needed, but Mark said it was better for my car to have genuine Toyota parts with a service crew that knows Toyota's! The 'other' places never checked out my car or notified me of any other problems that needed to be fixed, only repaired what I had requested. I thought about it and knowing Mark from when I used to get my car repaired at Toyota, knew in my heart that he was sincere and called him to let him know I would be coming in the following week so he could order the parts. He was right on top of things from the moment I brought my 1995 Tercel into the service department, right up until the time my car was finished with its repairs. Dollar for dollar he was right on target, as I did check around. My car is now running great, passed all the inspection tests and I am very greatful to Mark for taking the time to talk to me, he was the one who brought me 'back to Toyota' for good. On my way home after the repairs, I could actually FEEL the difference in the way my car handled. Thank you for such great consultants as Mark who really care about their customers, and for a Great Service Crew! It feels wonderful to know my car is running the way it should and that everything has been inspected and passed! P.S. Really appreciate having my car washed...that is a great bonus! More
