I bought a Highlander and enjoy driving it. All of the displays are a bit overwhelming for this old man but, Mike Thibodeau has been more than helpful each I come in with questions. Mike knows his products. We looked at a 4 Runner and he answered all of our questions and pointed out many other points that we hadn't thought to ask. We had been at other dealers, not Toyota, and their customer service personnel, couldn't answer many of our questions without checking first . Toyota seems to train their people better. He turned what was somewhat of a nightmarish experience with the other dealers into one that was truly a pleasurable experience. His low pressure approach and listening to what we were looking for made us feel very comfortable. We really appreciated the way we were treated at Earnhardt's.
