A pleasant experience I made an appointment through the Costco auto buying service. There was no waiting time to receive an offer and a test drive. Our Camry was a rock solid car for the price - good value. However given she no longer had her Camry she decided she wanted another Camry Hybrid LE. We looked all over Arizona via the Internet to find just the right one. On a Thursday night as we were looking on the Internet, we found the exact car she wanted. It was at Earnhardt Toyota in Mesa, AZ. Their web interface was fantastic - no annoying pop-ups (like other dealerships). Crystal (an on-line assistant) asked us if we needed help. We immediately told her we wanted to buy a particular car and we lived a couple of hours away in Oro Valley so we couldn't get to Mesa until Saturday. She immediately shared with us the link to fill out an application and she took our contact information. Immediately the next morning, Bruce Smith called me and he got the ball rolling. We set up a time for me to come up to Mesa on Saturday. My wife was not able to drive along, since she was sick. My experience with the team at Earnhardt Toyota Scion was great!
