Ask for Victor if you are in the market or just want to test drive one of the the new KIAs. I have purchased more than 25 cars in my lifetime and Victor was by far the most professional and personal car sa test drive one of the the new KIAs. I've been having my Kia serviced at an Earnhardt Kia dealer since 2015, originally the one in Prescott Valley. I got very good service there. Sadly, they sold that store to someone else who wasn't nearl dealer since 2015, originally the one in Prescott Valley. I got very good service there. Sadly, they sold that store to someone else who wasn't nearly as good, so when a timing belt came up for service I came to another Earnhardt store on Bell Road on the East side of Phoenix. Well, that one disappeared, too, after I moved down here. Fortunately, I found the Earnhardt on 91st Ave and was pleased with the oil change & service I got there, so I took it back for some more recommended service. Brian, my service advisor, answered all my questions, and I found that this dealer was just as excellent for service as the other two Earnhardt stores. I am very pleased and will go back when the need for service arises. My Kia is a 2011 model, now with over 100,000 miles, and has been very reliable so far. Thanks, Earnhardt! More
