I can't say enough good things about him. He has always made me aware of the value of the services I've had. He's even suggested at times that I pass over certain repairs based on my intent with this vehicle. The service I've received has always met my expectations. I've had questions after service and Tom has always explained to my satisfaction. I'm convinced that the reason my Lexus has lasted so long is due to the excellent service I've received at Earnhardt Lexus. More

It was easy to make an appointment, I was seen by an adviser as soon as I arrived, had no trouble getting a free loaner when I needed it, and the service cost was surprisingly reasonable. More
