It wa My car has been serviced by Earnhardt since 2016 and Lexus issued a service advisory instead of a recall on melting door panels and dashboards. It was up to the dealer to notify customers about the issue and the warranty enhancement program to fix the issue. It wasn't until after it expired in May 2018 they tell me it will now cost $3,772 to repair instead of being free. It is unbelievable to me that a luxury brand like Lexus with a quality dealer would treat customers like this. We will never buy another Lexus where they will not honor obvious design flaws. Lexus has had two class action lawsuits dismissed by saying they would fix all cars with the issue but they never did contact customers or fix the cars. I hope we can get another class action lawsuit started where the court listed to customers instead of the lies from Lexus. More
