Most recently my 2008 RX350 required some extensive repairs. I opted to purchase another vehicle rather than sink more money into my old one. Richard in servicing referred me to Rob in sales who was a walking encyclopedia about Lexus. I never felt pressured. I felt like an honored guest the entire time I was there and ended up purchasing a 2017 RX 450h which I am absolutely LOVING! Thanks Earnhardt! You really are a No Bull kind of place. More

Excellent service advisor Rick Johnson, all work completed on time, always have a free loaner to use while car is in the shop if I need it, and the showroom is in an excellent location. On my last completed on time, always have a free loaner to use while car is in the shop if I need it, and the showroom is in an excellent location. On my last service they did an excellent service on my 2014 ES350 and an excellent job on the complete detail. Great service and quality workmanship. More
