We began our search for a used Lexus by visiting Scottsdale Lexus. Sandrena Schumacher was the salesperson who helped us that first day. Sandrena listened, answered all our questions and said that while she had nothing in stock that day which met our criteria, she would get back to us. What impressed me most was that she did not try to sell us something that day or call everyday with possibilities. No pressure, no hassle. It was probably 10 weeks later when we heard from her and she said " I think I have what you want". Indeed she did. Everything we asked for was sitting there when we arrived. It was the perfect vehicle and we bought it immediately. It took less than an hour to make the deal (not the horribile 6 hour torture endured at most dealers). Since that time Sandrena has called to ask us how we are doing and followed up immediately on a minor interior spot that needed to be removed. It took all of 15 minutes and that time was spent visiting most pleasantly with Sandrena. We love our Lexus and I have already told everyone I know to buy their next car from Sandrena.
