The service was exceptional in many ways. Angel found the perfect vehicle but there was carpet velcroed onto the dash. Suk has a mechanical background so I found his explanation of the options on my vehicle alot easier to understand and remember. He even pointed out equipment I have on another RX that I didn't even know about. Suk went the "extra mile" when it came to my deal, getting a few things taken care of before I took delivery of my RX including installing my Cargo Net in the back of my RX himself. I would highly recommend using Suk and Scottsdale Lexus for your sales and servicing needs without any hesitation at all.
