We returned to Scottsdale Lexus because we had purchased two previous new cars from Leo Suhargo and were completely happy with the experience encluding the follow up service over the years. I am impressed with the total operation encluding the friendly people in every department but most so with with Leo. Before retiring I was cursed with having to hire lots of salespeople and I know how difficult it is. Leo is blessed with the ability to NOT SALE people cars but to HELP THEM BUY A CAR. Leo was truly professional and had sound knowledge of the Lexus models. When I asked him about alternatives and features, it was obvious he had done his homework. When it came time to "negotiate" the deal, I got the sense that he represented ME, not the dealership. The Sales Manager came across as fair and really helpful to finalize the deal. Leo's followup has been excellent and the Delivery Specialist, the Technology Expert, and the Service Department have been tops in helping me get the most our of my new RX350. They really did mean it when they said I could call anytime. With a new navigation system and Lexus Enform, I have had many questions. They linked up my wife's and my smart phone and really got me ready to enjoy the new car the minute I drove it away. This was an excellent purchasing experience. Well done, Scottsdale Lexus! More

I have to say, that my most recent experience with Earnhardt Lexus has been amazing. I know that when I go any where, I do expect to get great customer service. However, I have to also say, that the Earnhardt Lexus has been amazing. I know that when I go any where, I do expect to get great customer service. However, I have to also say, that the true sign of great customer service is what they do when something goes wrong. How does a company make something right? How does that company make those customers feel after something has gone wrong? And I want to say, that Earnhardt Lexus made it right for me. Bull Earnhardt himself called us and told us to come in and talk to him about our issues and worked with us and at the end of the day, made it right. He took us over to work with Suk Chang. He was friendly, knowledgeable and most of all, compassionate to the previous experience we had. He efficiently went over the paperwork. Answered every single question both my partner and I had. And when it came time to take delivery of our brand new car, he came in on his day off. He spent the better part of an afternoon with us on his own time to finalize everything and explain in details some of the new features in our car. He synced up both of our phones and showed us how to operate most everything that we didn't know about. When we told him that the smart key covers weren't in the glovebox, he was true to his word and sent them out to us immediately. He has followed up with us to see how everything has been, even giving us his personal cell phone#. His attention to details and his wonderful personality has really turned a horrific car buying experience to something that I can happily look back on. Of course, none of this would have happened without Bull Earnhardt's personal attention. This is what previously happened...(abridged version)...so you can see that it really is amazing that Bull and Suk turned it all around for us... My partner and I originally bought a Certified Pre-Owned RX350 from this dealership in March 2013. I have to tell you, I did not walk away feeling all excited as I should have. I had turned 50 and decided that it was time that I treated myself to a luxury vehichle after all the years of being practical with the kids. The Salesman we had (I won't mention his name) was pretty much everything that you would think of when you think of the stereotypical used car salesman. Eventhough I said I was not set on either a new or a used car, he seemed to steer us towrards the used one. We ended up purchasing it. (we paid cash). We got the extended warranty, the tinting of the front windows and purchased the Xyllion protection/warranty. I thought I had everything covered. Well...the temporary tag expired before I got the permanant tag and I was told that they short paid the previous lein on the car by mistake. This caused me over an hour of my time there one afternoon. Then the tinting on the front windows had to be redone...4 TIMES! Then this gooey stuff started rolling down the windsheild. Then they had to replace the bumper. Then the paint on one of the wheels started to peel off. Mind you, this is happening over the course of 4 months. We live over 20 miles away from the dealership, so needless to say, my partner spent a lot of commuting time taking the car back and forth. It was an ongoing nightmare. I have to say, I was literally in tears. After spending all of that money, I felt like I got a lemon. Now you know why I think it's amazing that after all that happened, I will still recommend Earnhardt Lexus to all of our friends. I am now driving a beautiful new car. I feel like the entire dealership is behind it, so I feel secure that I have many many years of enjoyment ahead. Like I have always said in all my years of training customer service..."It's how you recover when make a mistake that will leave that lasting impression" Thank you Bull and Suk!!! More
