Suk is young and energitic, but not at all intimidating for an older woman like me. I work in hospitality so I have pretty high expectations of customer service and I can say this was probably one of the best experiences I've had. I had gone to a dealership a couple days prior and had the experience I dreaded but from the first person I spoke with (Megan) to the last (Kim) and especially David Martell, I never felt uncomfortable once. I didn't feel pressured (as I had from the experience a couple days before) and I just felt so comfortable! That is the best word I can come up with. I felt like David was a friend or family member trying to help me out, I came across some issues and I never had anyone work so hard and care so much to help me out. Tim, the manager and Kim also stepped up and worked so hard to help me out. I'm so thankful. They really made a scary experience so great for me and helped a goal/dream of mine come true! More

Customer service was above and beyond, Suk had arranged to give me a ride to pick up the car.
