Excellent service and experience I bought a new RX and gave my old one to my daughter. My salesperson (Patrick), was amazing and went above and beyond to surprise her. Excellent and Professional service and sales. No pressure. I was looking to find a particular Lexus vehicle, I searched the Internet and found Earnhardt Lexus. I contacted Megan, the Internet sales specialist I was looking to find a particular Lexus vehicle, I searched the Internet and found Earnhardt Lexus. I contacted Megan, the Internet sales specialist and informed her what I was looking for. Megan was in constant contact with me regarding her search. This process went on for about a month until she found what I was looking for. I decided to meet with Internet Sales Manager Megan, who introduced me to Salesman Robert Sunseri. Mr. Sunseri showed me several certified used vehicles. I informed Mr. Sunseri that I had to take my time to make a decision. About a week later I met with Mr. Sunseri and several other staff members. After speaking with Mr. Sunseri and the sales manager I decided to lease a brand new vehicle, and was the perfect vehicle for me. Mr. Sunseri took his time explaining the pros and cons of leasing a vehicle, he was very honest and straight forward in answering my questions. I decided to lease the vehicle, and filled out the required documents. I was very pleased with the process and the professionalism displayed by all staff members. After the deal was made, I met with Finance Manager K.C. DeCesare. He was a very pleasant individual who also took time to explain the documents I was signing for the lease agreement. Mr. DeSare went out of his way in assisting me with several issues I had going on, and found perfect solutions for all concerns and issues I had. I was driving the new car the very next day. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase or lease a Lexus to visit Earnhardt Lexus in Scottsale, or contact Internet Sales Manager Megan Barnes. She will answer any questions you may have and will do her very best to ensure you find the perfect vehicle.
