Earnhardt Lexus moved to downtown Phoenix which is a drive for us living in North Scottsdale. But we will only use Leo Suhargo as our salesman. He always gets us the best deals available and is very helpful. There is never any pressure to lease or purchase and he lets your take your time and is there to answer any questions you have, even after you leave the lot. He is always a joy to work with. He did not pressure us in the least to purchase or lease a car. He let us know that Lexus was having a sales event and if we were in the market to come down and take a look. He got us a super deal and there was still no pressure. It still was the best car leasing experience ever. We were in and out of the dealership in record time. Even if you live in Chandler, it is worth the drive to downtown Phoenix to see Leo at Earnhardt Lexus. Thank you Leo. I would highly, recommend this dealership and highly, highly recommend you ask for Leo if you are in the market for a Lexus either to purchase or to lease. Horrible Customer Service- Grid Lock on their deal With excellent credit and purchasing 5 cars in the last 4 years we are very dissatisfied with the service given with this purchase. My wife and I went to Earnhardt Lexus thinking we would receive the same quality of service and fairness in price that we have received in the past from other Earnhardt dealerships. This was not the case. The sales person (Joe) and sales manager (Doug) were both unwilling to move on the price of the vehicle, trade in value of cars, interest rate, days until first payment, they lied about car being at best price (including employee discount- which wasn't applied), made snide/ unnecessary remarks, hostile with us (because we tried to have another dealership get the vehicle for us), and unwilling to work on getting extended warranty terms that we wanted. Three hours later and the only customers in the store, when we were ready to walk away was when they were willing to budge a tiny bit on the interest and came back with a better extended warranty offer that still was not good enough/ what I wanted. My wife ended up having an anxiety attack on the sales floor from the frustration and pressure. The only reason we left with the vehicle was because I wanted it for my business. I will never go back to this dealership again and will be leaving negative feedback and passing our experience by word of mouth. My wife has contacted the GM of this store to let him know of the issues we experienced. He was very pleasant and apologetic, states he will look into the matter and get back to my wife. The financial guy, Brandon, is the only guy I believe there to actually follow through with what he said he would- try to find us a lower interest rate and will see if he can get the first payment pushed back to 90 days. He has been in contact with us and continues to work to find us a better deal. More

My new car buying experience was worry-free and they handled every question & concern I had. Julian Ruiz took a lot of time to go over every inch of my new car with me and made sure I knew what every button, lever and knob did! Would definitely purchase a vehicle from Earnhardt again. Made me feel good that Earnhardt family members were present at the dealership and even got to meet & speak with Bull Earnhardt (Tex's grandson). More
$4500 Mistake! (Final: $1500 mistake) Went to Leo to extend the lease on my current Lexus - I didn't want to put a deposit down for a new lease. Leo ran some numbers and told me I had put a $4500 security deposit down on my current car and would get that back, and only needed to put $3000 down on the new lease. The monthly payments were lower, (though Leo had calculated a 3 year lease when I wanted 2). That is clearly a no-brainier! I get the new car home, after 3 hours at the dealership with prep and paperwork. Leo calls me the next morning to tell me he made a mistake - there is no $4500 security deposit. But his manager offered me $500! Leo went on and on about how they don't have $4500 to give me! I am done with Earnhardt - I won't service, lease or buy from them again. I'm still considering returning the car. The bottom line is they do not take responsibility for their mistakes, and that is just bad business. Update: Received a call from the GM 2 business days later. He offered to take back the new car and give me my old car back. We spent 20 minutes on the phone with my explaining why this was not acceptable and that the responsible solution was to refund me $4500. The GM would not budge. Finally I requested a refund of the down payment I made for the new car, which was $3000. He said he would call me back after he asked Leo if he would write a personal check. At the end of the day, the GM called to state that I will be receiving a check for $3000. I cannot give a higher rating on customer service since I had to write poor reviews and refuse to do anymore business with Earnhardt before getting a partial refund. 4-5 star service is doing the right thing for the right reasons. More
