Super personable, and able to walk that very fine line of laughing 'with me' intead of 'at me' when i relayed my story of how my pet goats got loose and tap danced on my newer es300h; leaving hoof prints, dents, and through-the-paint scratches on every horizontal surface of my car! Here I was hoping my every 6 months armour-all surface coating and wax were going to buff out the worst of it...... ummm, not so much... good news. i just found out my pharmacists' mutual insurance will be covering my damages!! yeah,yeah, yeah!!! thanks again for the great service, Andrew!
