Also, they need to do the best they can to get the customer into the car they want, NOT the one they want to put you in. They also need to know what questions are okay to ask the customer and what questions are NOT okay to ask. What I mean by that is that if the customer says he has purchased 2 cars before at a dealership, believe him! Or if he says that he is a US citizen, don't question his nationality merely because he is not white! Terrible service and unprofessional staff. More
