I sent an email inquiry via their website and had a response within a half hour. The next day, I spoke with Riley O’Conor, their Internet Sales Manager, and told him that I would come by to review the car that I saw online. He was actually waiting for me out front with the car as I pulled into the dealership. I have purchased a good number of cars and dealt with many pushy car sales guys in my time. Riley is the person you pray you got when you visit a dealership. What more can I say in that he actually listened to what I wanted (I’m a very direct person), and he was honest with me throughout. The process was extremely smooth because of Riley and Gavin Cooper, the Sales Manager.
