Best Experience in Buying A New Car, EVER!!! I would like to tell my story of my exceptional experience at Earnhardt Hyundai, Avondale. I searched the Internet for prices on 2016 Tucson's. E I would like to tell my story of my exceptional experience at Earnhardt Hyundai, Avondale. I searched the Internet for prices on 2016 Tucson's. Earnhardt had the best, but did go to a competitor first, but had a horrible experience. Never again there. Off to Earnhardt I went, not really knowing what to expect. The Hyundai I was driving was 14 years old, and had 207,000 miles on it. Then Shawyne Walker came and greeted me. He made me feel like I was a very special person. I gave him the list of Tucson's I was interested in, and off we went to test drive 3 of them. Shawyne Walker was very through in showing me what each Tucson's difference was. I only drove 2, and decide on the very first one I drove. Eventually I met Bruce one of the managers. He couldn't have been nicer and very helpful. We decided on the deal, and then I went and met Chris, the Finance Manager, another gentleman, that was very through in explaining all aspects of my contract. Just a wonderful experience all around. Shayne Walker is an asset to Earnhardt Hyundai, and I hope that I've made a friend for life, he truly cares about his customers. I love my new Tucson, couldn't be more ecstatic. After finding out that it was not cost efficient to fix the vehicle (my determination, not the dealerships), I was introduced to Kenny in sales. He asked me what I was wanting in a vehicle. (Note: I marked an earlier question incorrectly- the one where I was asked what my needs were). I was treated with respect and as a valued customer from the very start. I never felt pressured and all my questions and concerns were addressed with straight forward answers. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
