Peggy, We are very discouraged to see that you are dissatisfied, as you did not share these concerns with our advisor team yesterday before you left. Your appointment was for an intermittent A/C concern. We did offer to investigate this concern, but with all intermittent concerns, it can be difficult to predict how long a diagnosis or repair would take. Most failures and repairs would be covered by your Carefree Car Protection plan, but until the issue is diagnosed, we would not be able to 100% say for certain which repairs would be covered. I would like to speak with you about this further, as it is clear that you are upset, and both your opinion and your satisfaction are extremely important to us. It’s awesome to see that legacy of Ralph and Dale Earnhardt lives on surviving the decades of change here in Arizona.
