I've had two Santa Fes over the last 20+ years. I always receive professional care. Carrio and Tyler in the Service Dept are both professional and strive to make your experience positive. I brought my car in for service, and the mechanics were backed up so Carrio arranged a loaner so I could get my errands done. That shows respect for the customer's time. The invoices explain everything that is being done, and the car also undergoes an inspection to let you know the life of your tires, brakes, etc. My 90,000 mi checkup revealed a coolant issue requiring a flush. I put my trust in the staff to keep me safe on the road. I'd recommend the Service Dept highly. More
