I own a 2012 Hyundai Genesis Sedan 3.8. Jason Coburn was very friendly and put down several issues I wanted performed including the 45,000 mile service. A courtesy car dropped me off and picked me up at my Condo. I live in Redding, California and spend time during the winter here in Scottsdale. If my car needs service while I am here in Scottsdale I never hesitate to have it serviced at Scottsdale Earnhardt Hyundai. I am very pleased with both my Genesis and the service I have received from Hyundai dealers both here and at my home in California. Thank You FredS More

Recently purchased a used sonata that didn't come with the remotes syncronized to the vehicle. I took the vehicle in to have a couple things looked at and to get the remotes working properly. I was i with the remotes syncronized to the vehicle. I took the vehicle in to have a couple things looked at and to get the remotes working properly. I was informed that it would need to be conducted by a technician and that It would cost $ 50.00. Initially, I was a little offended that the work would "need" to be performed by a technician which was a justification for the cost to simply program a remote. Further, we were asked to wait in the waiting area is it could take up to 30 minutes. While I was initially hoping that I could simply walk in and get it done and leave, it just didn't work out that way. However, upon entry to the waiting area we were pleasantly received by an associate and offered a cold beverage (on a hot day). While the "work" took about 30 minutes, I was pleasantly surprised when Adam (our Service Manager) waived the cost to perform the work. That was unexpected and certainly appreciated. It was obvious that the customer experience meant something to Adam. More

I moved to Arizona last year and since then dealing with Tim for my car service, What a great professional he is, I am shocked I spoke to him for just 2 mins first time and I give him a call after a week or Tim for my car service, What a great professional he is, I am shocked I spoke to him for just 2 mins first time and I give him a call after a week or so and he remembers my name which is tough to remember. I moved from scottsadale to Tempe couple of months back but I still have my car service done here at Earnhardt Hyundai only because of Tim. I just gave my car again for a mechanical problem and I am sure he will help me out with it. I wish him Good Luck and All the best. More

Why did I NOT buy my Sonata here?? Their service is AMAZING! I stumbled upon them when Hyundai roadside assistance towed my car there by mistake. Yesterday I noticed my right tail light was hanging AMAZING! I stumbled upon them when Hyundai roadside assistance towed my car there by mistake. Yesterday I noticed my right tail light was hanging off, so I brought my car in to Earnhardt since they are near my office. They checked BOTH tail lights and found the same problem on the left as well, and replaced that one too. The contrast in service here vs Chapman Bell Road where I bought the car is night and day! My car did not start 3DAYS AFTER 15K SERVICE at Chapman Bell Road. Clearly they did not check the battery, since it died a few days later. This would never happen at Earnhardt since they took the time to they do a full under the hood inspection AT NO COST! The waiting area is lovely, there is a PC with internet available, comfortable seating, and an airy and open feel to the place, along with popcorn, bottled water, and healthy snacks along with treats. Thank you Adam Rodriguez for taking such great care of my car! More

I worked with TIm for about a year that I lived in AZ - moved back to Seattle in September 2011 and I'm sorry I won't be able to continue to work with him and take my car into Discover Hyndai for it's rout moved back to Seattle in September 2011 and I'm sorry I won't be able to continue to work with him and take my car into Discover Hyndai for it's routine service. I have to say this guy is unbelievable. I am 75yrs old and have many new cars over the years, BUT I have never met a Service Advisor who steps up to the plate and makes the customer as comfortable as he and have many new cars over the years, BUT I have never met a Service Advisor who steps up to the plate and makes the customer as comfortable as he does. He is invaluable in his position. He is knowledgeable and reasuring that a great job is going to be performed on your car. It always leaves the shop clean and with a good hand shake. More
