Within 2 hours of submitting the review, Mike Southern called me and scheduled an appointment at my convenience to get the issues resolved (window tinting). When I arrived I was greeted promptly, the car whisked away and windows were tinted in under an hour. He kept me informed throughout the process on timelines and cost, and appeared genuinely concerned about my satisfaction. He also had the technician (Dave) explain everything done to my vehicle and the status of everything he checked out. Upon completion the service manager (Mike) greeted me to ensure I was satisfied with my experience, to see if there was anything else they could do for me, and thanked me for coming in. This is the business model other places (not just auto dealerships) need to adopt. More
