I had an emergency tire rim problem and needed to leave my Genesis because part needed and because no loaner available I had to find a rental. He kept me informed along the way of status and did my regular maintainence as well as correct a minor issue while waiting for a new rim. He went on vacation before completed but advised me and turned over to Jason Colburn to insure I was taken care of. Jason seems to be a nice guy also. More
