Hyundai issued an update to my 2017 Sonata's media system that crashed it. The service people were able to wipe the software, and reinstall it. This dealership has ZERO interest in customer service. Over the past 2.5 years, I purchased 3 new vehicles from Earnhardt Hyundai in Avondale, the most recent, a Palisade, Calligraphy. I called Earnhardt Hyundai, Scottsdale to see whether I could bring my 3-week-old SUV so the issue could be corrected, since I live much closer to their dealership than I do the Avondale location. Even though I have my vehicles serviced at the Scottsdale location, the only thing they did was brush me off, tell me to take it back to Avondale, and hung up the phone. How considerate of you people at Earnhardt Hyundai, Scottsdale. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from your location under any circumstances, and I will discourage anyone I know from doing so. Anyway, the issue was corrected at the Avondale location, 45 minutes away. More

Earnhardt North Scottsdale is a well organized dealership to have regular scheduled maintenance performed. Scheduling is a little disappointing since it takes several months to get an open appointment for r to have regular scheduled maintenance performed.
