Earnhardt North Scottsdale is a well organized dealership to have regular scheduled maintenance performed. Stopped in to the service bay because all four of my tires were suddenly low.. service advisor said he would add air right away. The first time was during covid so i will cut them some slack. But it just happened again. I scheduled normal service online 3 weeks in advance. I arrived and --- no loaner. No rentals available either. They said oh, you should have separately scheduled a car. Thanks for telling me when i arrived at the dealer for the appointment. One star for the service and less than one for telling me it is my problem. More
