Excellent experience! I've been going to the service department at Earnhardt Hyundai Scottsdale since I moved to AZ about four years ago. The service team is very professional, and I never feel like I am getting ripped off because I'm a girl (lol). When I was ready to buy a new car, I knew I would most likely purchase another Hyundai. However, I decided to look at other options first just to get an idea of what was out there. After being bullied by the first car dealer I went to, I thought I would never buy a new car again. They took my car key to take a look at my trade-in, and I'm pretty sure they held the key hostage so I wouldn't leave right away. After they came back to me with an absurd offer for my trade-in and a ridiculous price on the vehicle, I was on my way out the door. That's when the sales rep tried to guilt me into staying by commenting how long he has spent with me. DUDE! That's your job!!! It was such a pleasure to go in to Earnhardt Hyundai and get everything done in such a quick and professional manner. I think it was the quickest car buying transaction I've ever had. The staff was very friendly, and I didn't have to spend hours going back and forth to agree on a price and terms. The importance of good customer service has declined over the years, and there are too many businesses that care more about making money then about the customer. News flash! You may get repeat business if you treat customers with respect. ALL CAR DEALERS AND SALES REPS SHOULD LEARN FROM EARNHARDT HYUNDAI NORTH SCOTTSDALE!!! More

They were dressed well, not smoking outside or chewing gum. This is what you expect when shopping for a top-of the line vehicle. My sales associate contacted me almost immediately after I placed a request on-line. We set up a time and she was ready to geet me and had the car ready to test drive. Genesis has trained specific sales people on the new G80 and G90 and so they are very familiar and knowledgeable about the vehicles, their features and options. Nicole my sales person was extremely professional and possessed a wealth of knowledge on the G80. She was very easy to talk with and helped me get the best price for my new vehicle and trade. I can honestly say, this was one of the best car purchase experiences I have ever had! More
