My rating on pricing was not perfect because we negotiated and got to a point where John wrote out a small informal contract that read I would buy the car for $14,000. But he came back and I was told I could buy the car for 14,300!.....So, essentially, to me, you did not do as was written, and, it felt as if you were taking advantage of my son's obvious discomfort. In any other circumstance, I would have walked, but my son was very ill, and was in the hospital just two days before. I really needed to get him home, and the thought of going thru this all again was not a viable option. So, if you really care about my suggesting your dealership to others, and if integrity, ethics, and perhaps most important, empathy have any value to you, then send me a check for the $300 and all will be good. I know this is most likely not going to happen, but I care enough about this experience to write this, and I will, in two weeks time, begin telling people about it---either positively or not. thanks for your attention........sincerely, Gary Berlin More
Over the years, we have purchased six new cars from Earnhardt dealerships. Our latest purchase was a new Santa Fe Sport with turbo. I had been talking to Drew Gabler over the last few months and foun Earnhardt dealerships. Our latest purchase was a new Santa Fe Sport with turbo. I had been talking to Drew Gabler over the last few months and found him to be very honest and pleasant with no "pressure". All in all, dealing with Drew and Ian in finance was a pleasant and enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend this dealership, and Drew to anyone. Amazing! From the time my son and I walked in the front door to the time he drove his "new/used" car off the lot, our experience was amazing. We had limited time to look at cars and needed to get in, get door to the time he drove his "new/used" car off the lot, our experience was amazing. We had limited time to look at cars and needed to get in, get a great deal, and get out. That is exactly what happened. Every employee bent over backwards to help us find a car and drive it home. Even the service department went above and beyond to get the car ready to drive off the lot that afternoon. Tony Femiano and Tony Wahl were both very professional and worked their magic to get us out the door feeling great about our purchase. I would recommend starting, and ending, your car search at Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale. We got a GREAT car for a GREAT price at a GREAT dealership from a GREAT sales professional. Recently purchased a used sonata that didn't come with the remotes syncronized to the vehicle. I took the vehicle in to have a couple things looked at and to get the remotes working properly. I was i with the remotes syncronized to the vehicle. I took the vehicle in to have a couple things looked at and to get the remotes working properly. I was informed that it would need to be conducted by a technician and that It would cost $ 50.00. Initially, I was a little offended that the work would "need" to be performed by a technician which was a justification for the cost to simply program a remote. Further, we were asked to wait in the waiting area is it could take up to 30 minutes. While I was initially hoping that I could simply walk in and get it done and leave, it just didn't work out that way. However, upon entry to the waiting area we were pleasantly received by an associate and offered a cold beverage (on a hot day). While the "work" took about 30 minutes, I was pleasantly surprised when Adam (our Service Manager) waived the cost to perform the work. That was unexpected and certainly appreciated. It was obvious that the customer experience meant something to Adam. More

This was our first time buying a new vehicle and we dreaded going to the dealership. We weren't sure how we were going to be treated and whether or not it was going to be a good and comfortable process dreaded going to the dealership. He sat with us to go over what we were looking for in a new vehicle. I showed him the emails that i received from Bill Johnson with the pricing and the vehicle we were interested in and James immediately proceeded to get the vehicle so that we can test drive it. After test driving the vehicle, we proceeded to go back inside and went over the leasing and financing pros and cons. I must say that, throughout the whole process, James came off as very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question we had and we had tons of them since we have never done this before. Additionally, it never felt like he was pressuring us into buying the vehicle, which is always a good feeling to have. In the end, we ended up leasing the vehicle and feel that we were provided with a very good price for the term of our lease and, while we waited for the financing rep, James continued to check in on us and always made sure we were ok and knew what was going on and that we never felt out of the loop. I must say, for this being our first experience, it was a great one and we love our new Elantra. We definitely recommend this dealership and James as well :) More
