PART 2- Jason Carroll sold me my car and he is absolutely incredible KNOWLEDGEABLE and professional!!! So back to the story…. When I tell you that this man knew every single thing there was to this car he di incredible KNOWLEDGEABLE and professional!!! So back to the story…. When I tell you that this man knew every single thing there was to this car he did even all the way down to the GPS system, which he had in his car that he was kind enough to show me how it worked. as we drove again, he showed me how not just what this car can do, but how to do it instructed me how to turn on some of the lane assist features brake hold features cruise control. Features went through the computer dash on the front went through all the settings literally went through everything that not a whole lotta people would do or take the time to by the time I done with the drive was a pro at everything. It was incredible which I greatly appreciated from him so after we were done we go inside and we start talking numbers now this was something that I was looking forward to just because I had spent so much time in research on this portion of buying a car so we get the ball rolling and we look at the outdoor price and it was something that was out of my price range so we run some numbers he gives me some rates and I did my research before and believe it or not the dealerships finance had the lowest rate even out of a credit union which was awesome so anyways we run the numbers we work out a few deals. He brings out his sales manager. We talk about a few things and keep in mind. A lot of people think that negotiating is something that is not fun it’s not pleasant. Nobody really wants to go through the hassle of doing all of this, but when I tell you that everyone at that table that was negotiating was having fun, we all were literally having so much fun we would negotiate then we would talk about some sort of personal story then get back into negotiating you know it just made the process a lot better in my eyes at least I know A lot of people look at salesmen and think that all they want to do is get your money they think they are robots but when you get down to the root of it they are human beings just like us, and it was good to have that connection with Jason. We had a lot of laughs. A lot of serious, talks, and everything in between but at the end of the day he was able to work out a deal with me that I thought was absolutely incredible. He did what he had to do, as did I and we came up with a deal that worked out for both of us . I think altogether it was about a six hour process because when I say I did my homework, I mean I did my homework I’m telling you I came in there stacked with notebooks and papers, screenshots, photos, everything strictly for negotiating so that being said Jason really handled himself in a very professional manner he was very understanding And at the end of the day we made things work, and that’s all I could ask for. Him were both excited. He told me that This was the first time in a long time he had ever experienced someone like myself And that he was proud of me for doing all of my homework and ultimately getting in to a brand new 2024, Honda Civic hatchback sport. And you thought this was the end of the review well nope it has been about a week since I’ve had the car and he has checked in on me to make sure that everything is working fine if I had any more questions if there was anything at all that he could help out with? He assured me that he Was there to help. Now, let me tell you something Now this is a man that deserves a full-blown review from myself, because good people like him deserve the best I can’t thank him enough for everything he has done not only for myself, but for my future, that’s How deep it goes. That being said, thank you so much Jason for being who you are as a person for being so knowledgeable at what you do being professional at the same time being humble, and being a human being I appreciated every second I spent with you at the Earnhardt dealership And next time I need to buy a car I can only hope that I can buy from you or someone like YOU!!
