If I could give a -10 I would. I will NEVER buy or get a vehicle serviced by this dealership ever again and I advise anyone else not to go here. I was distraught over a price of a part that I had to get fixed, while I was in tears on the phone with the insurance company I got approached by not 1, not 2 but 4 car sales men asking me if I wanted to purchase a vehicle, mind you I was in tears during every interaction that was made with me by these salesman. I was then told by a fifth salesman Marcelino Chavez that he had to rush my order because “I was telling customers not to buy Hondas”. Again I was in tears, on the phone with the insurance company so where he got this I have no idea. At the end I just told him to give me my keys and return my car to me that I did not want my car to be serviced at all by them. This man tells me that I am now trespassing and have to leave immediately. These people have 0 remorse or common decency towards their customers. It felt that since I was a female and alone that these men made a joke out of me being upset and found humor in harassing me. More
