This was the worst car shopping experience of my life. I don't even know where to begin. The salesman confused the xxxx out of us. He was telling us stuff that had nothing to do with anything. He kept running back to help someone get their car than would run back to us than leave again. There was other salesman there that could've helped us. He was not the "helpful Honda man" at all. I asked about the internet price of $100 a month for a civic and he said there is no civic for $100 per month they just put that as a nationwide internet special to get people to come in. Really?? Nice. He would never tell me about price and just spoke in gibberish. Finally I said do we need to speak with a finance manger or something to figure out prices? He said no then said something about a $500 rebate we wouldn't get but they get. What? Why are you even telling me something that has nothing to do with us. I was just done. We left there went to Toyota and purchased our vehicle there. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!!!! More

I had a great experience buying a new car at Earnhardt Honda. It was the first brand new car I purchased, and Jon and the rest of the sales team were very helpful and made the process easy. Joe was very easy to work with and was not pushy, even as I held firm to keep the price as low as possible. I highly value customer service and chose to work with this dealership based on the reviews I had read on this website and others. I recommend this dealership and Joe, and I would not hesitate to buy another car from there. More

My scores are based on our overall purchasing of a new Accord. They did a decent job of almost redeeming themselves after a not so stellar first attempt. Turns out this Accord Sport is a noisy turd. Terrible wind and road noise. Tires fit to the Sport are awful. Quality of Honda has really dropped compared to previous four that we have owned. More

I know my Honda Civic. This new purchase was my 4th Civic. I was going to trade my 2002 Civic with new one 3 years ago, but was told that new model change was imminent. So I waited. It turned out that I was ready (to buy), but the car was not. When I heard that Honda was doing emergency tweaking on the 2012 model, I decided to wait again (I am patient!). After 18 months, Honda came up with unprecedented improvements and got good reviews for 2013 Civic. This time the car was ready and so was I. That would make me a perfect customer, right? First I went to the closest Honda dealership where I purchased my last Civic. I could have bought the car there for the convenience of being in my neighborhood. Controlling my urge and armed with more information, I wanted to try another dealership which turned out to be the Earnhardt Honda in Avondale, AZ. My sales person was Francisco Rojas who was pleasant and knowledgeable. But most of all he was very patient and treated me with professional courtesy throughout my time in the showroom. I would also like to commend his managers who were supportive of their sales staff to get the deal done. Lastly I must mention that the reason I went to Earnhardt Honda was the Costco Auto Buying program they offer. It is essentially a hassel-free program as long as you do not have a trade-in. Since I had my old Civic to be traded, there was still a deal to be made. Earnhardt Honda came ahead in every aspect of the deals and services. I am looking forward to seeing Francisco for my first oil change. More

I wanted a CR-V, midnight blue, with leather interior and there was only one that had just been shipped in. So Andy called ahead and had them get the car ready for me to test drive. When I came in Andy and the Sales Manager Carl Lucas was there to assist me and answer my questions. I took my time to make sure this was exactly what I wanted. Once I made up my mind this was the car for me, I was ready to talk financing. I had a particular payment and budget in mind and it took time and patience dealing with me, to come to an agreement but we did. Thanks to Andy & Carl, I am a happy Honda CR-V owner. I live closer to the Arrowhead Honda Dealer, however I was happy with Earnhardt Dealership when I bought my first CR-V in 2007. I added a few accessories to my new Honda and they set my appointment and delivered excellent service. Your dealership stands out and that is why I went 15 miles out of the way to buy from Earnhart in Avondale. There is no "high pressure" salesmen and that means alot to me, since that is something I really hate and will not come back, even if they "gave" me a car. After several weeks looking to get a used car going from dealer to dealer and playing the game of the usual Van Tyle type sales pitch, my wife and I ended up giving it one more shot. We went to Larry Miller VW with an appointment and the salesman was not even there. After wasting 30 minutes not finding a car we wanted in our price range we left exhausted from a long day. Thinking that instead of wasting our trip we could try one more place. The first place we saw was Earnhardt Honda. Of course being hesitant about a sales guy approaching us not knowing the internet pricing on a car we just wanted to look. Camren came up to us and added no pressure to us looking and let us steer our car choice as we wanted. We couldn't decide on a vehicle at that time so we let them run our credit to get us pre-approved. Being 9 at night there was not a definite answer so I offered to have Camren call me the next day with the results. The following day he called and said we actually got approved for a lease on a brand new Honda. WOW! After work we went straight down there and got all the paperwork ready. All we had to do is pick the color we wanted. They were able to get us through the finance side so quick thanks to Double G and had such a friendly feeling afterwards that we will absolutely refer all of our friends down there to see these great guys.
