When we arrived we were greater by Elton Edwards, our sales representative who gave us a test drive both the 2013 Honda CRV and the 2013 Ho Arizona. After the buying process I can say that Elton and his manager Carl went above and beyond to make a great deal for us. We are very pleased with our newly purchased 2013 Honda Pilot. If you are in the market looking for a quality dealership I recommend that you check on this Honda dealership in Avondale Arizona. The type of quality service that Elton and Carl provide will make you experience a quality one. In addition to Elton Edwards wonderful service we had great interactionis with Pablo who stayed with us and kept us up to date on the final paperwork. Our internet sales rep was good and did his utmost to accommodate our needs. We ended up purchasing an '05 Honda Hybrid, and sad to say, the experience has not been the best. It was nothing really bad, just annoying. First, there was only one key. Not a big deal, but the new 'chip' keys retail over $70 each and that seemed just a bit chintzy on a car that cost $10.5K...Second, after two months there still has been no followup - no call, no letter, no email thanking us for our purchase, how is the car, nothing. I'm getting the feeling that its 'We have your money, now **** off.' I know customer service isn't what it used to be but come on...Third, this past weekend our IMA (the hybrid motor controller) alert came on. Oh, great! Two months after always buying new, this was our first used car in thirty years and we're faced with a possible $3500 bill to replace the battery pack. Turns out all that was needed was the software upgrade that, IMO, should have been done by Earnhardt when they were going over the car pre-sale. Is the $25 it cost important? Only when it serves to reflect on the overall experience with the car - and more importantly, the dealer. I can't say that I'd rush to Earnhardt if we were looking again... More

In fact, because my schedule is so busy this year, I purchased a new car over the phone from Earnhardt, sight unseen. Don Staples went out of his way to find me a car and began the paperwork over the phone. When I did show up to pick up the car, mostly everything was done (except for signing paperwork) and within 2.5 hours I drove the car out of the lot. Don was instrumental in this purchase. If it wasn't for his excellent service and staying on top of this transaction, the purchase of the car might not have happened. Thanks Don for a smooth experience! I will be back to purchase another car in a few years! More
