My wife and I went on a Sunday to look into purchasing a new 2012 Accord EX for her that I seen online. Terry Burns helped us from the beginning and was great. They matched a lower price I had seen online s new 2012 Accord EX for her that I seen online. Terry Burns helped us from the beginning and was great. They matched a lower price I had seen online somewhere else without any questions. When I told them the loan rate I was approved for at my credit union they didn't just match it they made it way lower. Terry and the others were awesome. Too bad I only drive Chevy or I would go there for my next car! Thanks guys, Mike & Cynthia More
Earnhardt Honda is an amazinf dealership. No hassle sales and no BS through the finance department. Max McCarthy is a great sales representative and I would recommend him to anyone I know. He respect sales and no BS through the finance department. Max McCarthy is a great sales representative and I would recommend him to anyone I know. He respects business relationships and establishes an excellent rapport with his customers. My wife and I purchased our new 2012 Honda Odyssey on July 4th and he handled our sales process with respect. No sales and pushy BS. There was no bull in our sales process and I feel that we got an honest clean deal. No fluff... Thanks Max for your great effort. John and Gina More
Received 3 emails with a "solid" price for a 2012 EX Civic. Included in the last email was an out the door price. I went to Earnhardt Honda and asked for Cindy, the sales person who had emaile 2012 EX Civic. Included in the last email was an out the door price. I went to Earnhardt Honda and asked for Cindy, the sales person who had emailed me with the price. I had a copy of the email with me. She immediately told me that her computer had messed up and there was no way they could sell the car to me at that price. How does a computer mess up if you are typing in the prices??? Bait and switch, a very common (I guess) tactic to get you in and then find an excuse to not sell you the car they quoted. What is so sad about the whole thing is; I was willing to buy from them anyway, I have bought three Hondas from Earnhardt before. Another thing that was interesting is, I received a quote from Bell Honda that afternoon that was even less then the quote Cindy had given me for the same car. I emailed her about it and she told me that Bell Honda lies to you about the price that they couldn't be trusted to sell you a car at the price Bell had quoted.... hypocrit... Best advice, I guess there are no truly honest car dealers so just get the best price you can and realize they do not see integrity the same way most of us do. More
Took my car in (18k miles) for a routine oil service and the service dept (Karen) lied to me about my Cabin Filter, telling me that it had "rodent infestation" and quoted me a price of $90 to replace it. I the service dept (Karen) lied to me about my Cabin Filter, telling me that it had "rodent infestation" and quoted me a price of $90 to replace it. I declined the repair. When I picked up my car and subsequently turned on the air conditioner, there was a very loud noise coming from the glovebox, which of course, I'd never heard prior. When I got home after stopping to pick up the $18 filter and (very easily) pulled out the one that Karen had said was rodent infested, it was clear that they (the dealership) had stuffed a large amount of insulation UNDER the filter. How does a baseball size wad of insulation get UNDER the filter? Meaning that it would have to PASS THROUGH the filter as a large intact wad of insulation. ??? And, btw, no sign of any rodent fur or feces. As a result my husband who had had his oil change done there a month earlier, pulled out the filters that they had told him need to be replaced (he'd declined also) and turns out they were in good condition and far from needing to be replaced. We had both had our Honda's serviced by our long trusted dealership days before relocating to AZ , a few months earlier, so knew that the filters, etc were relatively new. When I called the GM to complain, he had nothing to say but, "sorry". More
Stay away. Let me start by saying, I didn't even get inside the building at this place. My wife and I parked our car, and got out to browse the used cars. Before we'd crossed from customer parking to wh inside the building at this place. My wife and I parked our car, and got out to browse the used cars. Before we'd crossed from customer parking to where the cars were parked, a salesman was on us. My wife politely let the salesman know that we were just checking out what they had, and would let him know if we had questions. He told us that he would not let us look at the cars they had on the lot unless he knew what we were looking for. He further told us we were not allowed to look at the cars unless he followed us around. When we told him that we didn't know ourselves exactly what we wanted, he replied by saying: "I can't just come to your house and walk around, can I?" I told him that he in fact didn't live at his place of work, and we promptly left. We went down the street to the Mazda dealer and were treated with a much greater amount of courtesy, which led to the purchase of a vehicle. Earnhardt Honda has lost my business as well as anyone else I can tell about them. More
This broker and dealer put false information on the credit application to lease a 30 thousand dollar car to someone with 17,000.00 income.
