He was very helpful through the price negotiations and understood all the concerns and questions we had. We left happy, with a very good deal, and the van we wanted. I have been to many dealerships before and felt the high pressure and intimidation tactics. Not so with this dealership and Moe. My Salesman Alex Brown 2017 Ridgeline Got a cold call out of the blue from Alex about looking at some 2017 Ridgelines, as I was coming in anyway for service of my 2011 ridgeline, told him Got a cold call out of the blue from Alex about looking at some 2017 Ridgelines, as I was coming in anyway for service of my 2011 ridgeline, told him sure. Alex greeted me with a handshake and smiling face. I really wasn't looking to buy a new vehicle (but was curious how they looked since the do over)As we were looking at a few, he was listening intently on my situation, the finances I was looking at and things I was looking for. Since my 2011 was paid off, was really skeptical about getting into debt again, told Alex didn't want to do any dickering and didn't want to have to talk to 20 different folks. Another gentleman named Rudy had stopped by helping to go over the different features, so ended up did what I asked, just the 2 of them. The patience they both had was great, gave me my space while I was rubbing my forehead on what to do. Really did not give any pressure. Actually is only the 2nd time in all my car buying, I felt pretty good that I got a good deal out of it. For a young guy just getting into this, to just go out and make the cold calls, he's a do'er. shouldn't take him too long before get's up to being a Top Dog in Sales. As long as he's around, will definitely keep Alex in mind and send anyone I can talk into, to see him. Thanks a bunch. (By the way, this is my 4th ridgeline since 2005) More

We met halfway like you're suppose to do. Not once did I feel like it was his deal or no deal. We talked about basketball and we both agreed Lebron is King. In all seriousness I felt comfortable in his presence and not once did I feel pressured. He gave me options and that is all I can ever ask for. Thank you for helping me get my 2016 Honda Civic. More

Best car buying experience iv ever had Earnhardt Honda was pretty much a perfect car buying experience. iv visited and purchased cars from other dealership in the past but Earnhardt was by Earnhardt Honda was pretty much a perfect car buying experience. iv visited and purchased cars from other dealership in the past but Earnhardt was by far the easiest fastest and most comfortable situation iv ever been in. Alexander brown was my salesman and not only did he find me the perfect car but also gave it to me for an unbelievable price. Id recommend him to anyone that's looking to buy a car and isn't looking to be pushed into anything or pressured in anyway. I can tell his only goal was to find me a car I loved and an affordable price. Seeing how my budget wasn't very extensive to begin with I was very impressed at the deal I got for the car. they didn't waste my time trying to make a buck off me they just offered me the car for the lowest price they could, I signed some papers they handed me the keys and I was on my way. What usually would of tooken me 3 to 4 hours to buy a car I was in and out of there within an hour and a half. Ron Sedakis in the finance department took very good car of me as well. He made signing papers and choosing coverage options simple and easy, gave me the best of everything for more unbelievable deals. Not kidding! He saved me a lot of money. I will definitely be buying my next car from here again. More
