It was chance that we met Mr. Addison Vincent over the phone. Once we traveled to Avondale, everyone was very nice and professional. Everyone from the receptionist to the finance officer were pleasant. Above all the people there Mr. Addison Vincent stood out as the best. He was very respectful and patience. I enjoyed his knowledge of all the Honda vehicles and even my sister ended buying a 2016 Honda Fit. We had to back order our Pilot because they were flying out of the lot. Mr. Addison always kept us abreast of all the process and waiting time of our Pilot. He helped us get the best financing possible and introduced us to Mr. GG, who was also great. Thank you Mr. Earnhart for getting the best employees for your business. I know your business will prosper thanks to Mr. Addison Vincent. Treat him well and I'm sure he will do even better. This was the best car buying experience I ever had. I would love to say more but as you can see I'm rapidly running out of space. Sincerely, Jose A. Montalvo More

The experience was so traumatic that I never stepped foot in there again, but instead decided to get service from Earnhardt Honda in Avondale. Even from my first visit I realized superior service and customer were the main focus. Every encounter was top-rated and I never left disappointed. The most recent visit in Friday, February 12, was the pinnacle of my experiences there or at any car dealership, for that matter. I went to have a tire repaired and left with a brand new car. A car that I have been wanting for years, the car that I'm so thankful I did not purchase at Showcase. A car that I apsolutley love!! As I waited for my car repair, Andy Griffith approached me and as if he read my mind, showed me this beautiful black Honda Civic and discussed how "it could and should be mine". I'm usual turned way off by the entire car-buying experience, but Mr. G. was so professional and convincing without being overbearing and was willing to work with me within my financial situation. Working with him was the polar opposite of my experience at Showcase where I felt like they said anything for the sale. I felt he was honest, experienced, thoughtful, personable, and kind. So much so that I called my son, who is in the US Army, stationed in Washington state, shared my experience, and referred him to Mr Griffith. Although my son is presently out on field maneuvers he's interested in contacting Mr. Griffith immediately as he (my son), is aware that of how impressed I was and that I don't impress very easily. The entire experience was beyond description! Additional high praise goes to fiannce manager, Ron Sedakis! What a wonderful, kind, honest man. He explained everything very clearly and was able to procure me an unbelievably, incredible maintenance package and did not hound me with all the "additional money makers" like I experienced at Showcase. As I stated previously, this experience was the polar opposite and made me believe that (know) all car-buy experiences are NOT bad!! Kudos Earnhardt Honda!! You are doing it right!!! A special thank you to Andy Griffith and Ron Sedakis for taking it to the next ( best) level! This is the happiest I have ever been with a car and a car purchase!!!! More
Deception and worse December 3, 2015. I had two awful experiences at car dealerships that were Costco Authorized. Earnhardt Toyota in Avondale Az and Arrowhead Toyota in December 3, 2015. I had two awful experiences at car dealerships that were Costco Authorized. Earnhardt Toyota in Avondale Az and Arrowhead Toyota in Peoria AZ. Let me just start off by saying I wasn't expecting the greatest price ever, but I was expecting the types of savings I have come to expect when I shop at Costco. I went on the Costco Auto website and put in my info and was given the name of a local Honda dealership. I called the Costco auto buying dept up and asked if their was another Honda dealership closer to my work and they resent my information to another dealership. My evening started off with deception and high pressure sales tactics and ended up the same way. The sales/pricing managers at both places forged (i.e. created from scratch and put them on a piece of paper that they titled Costco Pricing" their prices and provided me estimates that were just a few hundred dollars off of MSRP (not Factory Invoice) on 2016 Honda Civic LX models with the additional Honda Sensing upgrade. I took pictures of the printouts from both of these dealerships when these people left the room. Online prices for the exact same cars just down the road at another Honda dealership (non Costco) were starting at around 2-2.5K below MSRP or within $100 above or below of Factor Invoice pricing for the new 2016 Civics. I contacted the COSTCO auto buying team about both incidents and then emailed them the pictures I took and screen shots of the local prices I found online from those other Honda dealers. Haven't heard back from the Costco autobuying team yet. Something else of note was that when I was in the car with the first sales person (who wasn't directly part of the Honda Costco program) he even said the price was going to be just under factory invoice and looked shocked when his sales manager brought out my "special Costco Pricing" which was quite possibly the highest price anyone had ever been quoted who wasn't on a waiting list for a brand new model. I drove down to the 2nd dealership, which was the original Honda dealership Costco had sent my information to, the same night because I was so upset about my first Costco buying experience to see what their price was. I chose not to inform the people at Earnhardt Honda that I had just came from the Arrowhead Honda or what the price I had been given. I was still trying to give the entire Costco Auto Buying experience the benefit of the doubt. I love, love, love Costco 99.99% of the time.... until now. The whole point of the Costco buying experience, according to Costco's auto buying website is that it is a "PREARRANGED PRICING AND AN EXCEPTIONAL AUTO BUYING EXPERIENCE." By the way, the 2nd Honda dealership Earnhardt quoted me an extra $600 below what the Arrowhead Honda had, but informed me that this special pricing was part of a package deal and I would need to buy around $2300 worth of dealer added items to my car (e.g., tinting, something called auto caddy, nitrogen in my tires, clear plastic door guards, dealer installed alarm, etc). I don't want to sound like i'm advertising for the other Honda dealership, but do yourself a favor and pull up all the local online Honda websites until you find one that has actually discounted prices for all their models displayed or try using Autotrader or Carguru online. I've decided that anytime the dealer website says I have to call or come in for special pricing it's a bad deal unless I was planning on pitting dealer against dealer and haggling all day anyways. p.s. I don't blame the actual salesmen (i.e. Michael Hayes) who showed me the cars. In both places they were actually very helpful and knowledgeable. Although I have most been meeting the awful type when I have gone to different dealerships just to look at new competing cars from other Manufacturers in the price range I am in. More

A manager name Leo said that he could give me a student discount of 500 to make me stay because I wanted to go to other dealerships and see what else was out there. Since he was very pushy and well after a long talk, the discount and interest was good I decided to follow with getting the car. Then weeks pass and they keep calling me saying they need proof for the student discount and I did send them official transcript but then they change their mind and said that I did not qualify for it. But when I went back and they had to redo the contract at first they were trying to lye in my face saing that I needed to make my payment their but really that were trying to use the payment to replace 500 dollars they were going to put in for the student discount. I notice and confront them and all they said oh I did not notice. So that is when he said that I did not qualify for the discount when at first Leo the manager espesificly said that I will. Very upset I just had to deal with the contract. I will never recommend this dealership because of their lying, shady and overall horrible experience. Really watch out if you are thinking of buying there. More
