I'm a returning customer who had a good experience buying an Accord Hybrid a year ago. This time I'm in for an all new 2017 Ridgeline. My sales guy was promoted to a sales manager but still worked my deal. They didn't have the model I wanted, or that's what they told me, but they told me getting the satellite radio, NAV and back up camera was no issue. They even gave me the name of a shop that they recommended. I foolishly believed them but I l learned that they lied to me when I went to the recommended stereo shop. They can't help me for more than 6 months for the Chinese reverse engineered aftermarket parts come out. Back to the dealership I go so they can "make it right" as the told me they would. After a trip back to the dealership to let them "make it right" I find out that the general manager is driving the exact model truck I wanted in the color I wanted. He has put over 2,300 miles on the truck as his own comp car but I found it on their website with 12 miles on it. The sales manager first tells me that he doesn't have that truck then when I show it to him on his website he says that it sold "yesterday". When I pressed harder he said the GM was driving it and he didn't think it was for sale. Just count the lies racking up!!!! Finally they agree to talk a deal but now they want to steal my truck (only 950 miles on it) and have me pay a difference of $14,000 to get the truck that is more used than my 3 week old truck. Their truck costs $2,000 more than mine and I was willing to pay that difference. Bottom line is, if you want lied to don't go to Earnhardt Honda. After you call them out on their multiple lies they just want you out of their dealership. Maybe other customers were listening while I was calmly calling them out on their lies and deceitful sales tactics. Do yourself a favor and go to a Honda dealership that isn't just interested in "pushing metal out the door" (their words, not mine)!!! I'm currently waiting for my Honda Corporation survey to arrive but I have a feeling that Earnhardt has fudged my email address so Honda doesn't send me a survey. At any rate, Honda Corporate will be hearing from me very soon. There were no issues in the finance office with Raffi and the service area is good too. Sales is high pressure and lies through their teeth to sell you something you don't want when you clearly explain what you want. More
Helpful Honda! I purchased a 2016 CRV, Scott Queens was my sales guy. I had a moble scooter lift in my tread in. I was on a cruise ship,the very next week.The Honda I purchased a 2016 CRV, Scott Queens was my sales guy. I had a moble scooter lift in my tread in. I was on a cruise ship,the very next week.The Honda (helpful) guys removed the lift for me, for free! I was really worried about my lift and I was very relieved when Scott told me they removed it for me. I picked up my lift yesterday. Thank you Honda, and my God bless your dealership! More
