Lack of integrity We purchased the Honda CR-V from sale's person Elmer Morris, we have no complain about him. The problem was we noticed the sale price on our financi We purchased the Honda CR-V from sale's person Elmer Morris, we have no complain about him. The problem was we noticed the sale price on our financial document was different than the price we agreed on until we canceled our 10 years warranty. We did not notice when we sighed document. I called the financial person "Ron" about issue , and requested to talk to Elmer and the sale manager who involved sale. He said ," Elmer Morris is not working today and the manager who involved sale is on vacation. I requested to talk to someone since I felt odds both were not there. He said that he talked to general manager. Of course, the Joel said that we were signed paper and unable to refund. I insisted to talk to Elmer and he told me the same as Ron said . Anyway, I called the general business phone number, and operator transferred phone call to Elmer. I had chance to talk to him. My question is we rely on professional, but can we? Is this a mistake or intention? More
