Best Honda Dealer in 38 Years Jeff Alfeche and Earnhardt Honda in Avondale just delivered our best new car experience ever. That’s saying something after buying 12 new Hondas, fro Jeff Alfeche and Earnhardt Honda in Avondale just delivered our best new car experience ever. That’s saying something after buying 12 new Hondas, from 10 different dealers, in 3 states, since starting 38 years ago with a 1979 Accord. We actually walked away from our desired new 5th generation 2017 CRV at another dealer to wait for Earnhardt. 6 weeks later, our CRV arrived exactly as promised in every way. This very unique patient approach was due to our previous exceptional Earnhardt experiences. Long story short, Jessie has been exceptional with our 2007 CRV service. Earnhardt also stepped up to fulfill our 2014 Civic Auto Butler purchase from another state without any financial reimbursement. Jeff impressed us months before the 2017 CRV was even released. Combined with how honorable Earnhardt had been with our previous dealings, we took a chance waiting for a hard to find 2017 CRV. We were rewarded when Jeff and Earnhardt delivered as promised at every step for us. There are plenty of options to buy a new Honda in the Phoenix area. Wonderful Customer Service with Comfort It was time for me to get my car upgraded after a couple roadtrips so I went to check out Earnhardt Honda in Avondale, AZ and was greeted by Alexander It was time for me to get my car upgraded after a couple roadtrips so I went to check out Earnhardt Honda in Avondale, AZ and was greeted by Alexander Brown whom made us feel comfortable and understood what I wanted and didn't persuade me into something else from what I was asking for which was great. Unlike some Salesman who tries to push for the best to meet their goals, Alex over exceeded with wonderful customer service and understood our needs as well as his partner, Amin. They were wonderful and had patience with me esp with the little ones running around and all. Earnhardt has a great atmosphere with everyone. I must say that this was one of my best car shopping experience ever and I'm happy I decided to go to them and will definitely have my future services there. I had such an exceptional expiernce at Honda all because of Mr. Morris. I am so pleased with my car and I now know how to work everything on it because of the detail he went into on the car. It was 1 1/2 hours past closing time and not once did he seem annoyed. He continued to explain to me every little thing and went over every single detail I asked.
