We have no such policy. I am disappointed to hear about the hood not being closed, but we do and always have allowed customers to wait if we are sure that their repair will be done in short order. We do discourage them from waiting when we can not guarantee a short turnaround. Customers are always welcome in our waiting area, but if there is a possibility of a multiple-day stay, which is very common, we discourage waiting.
