Laurie McClellan is fantastic. Honest, helpful and a good person. This is the second Escape we bought from her, and this time we came from Lake Havasu City. Pro - they provided a shuttle ride home & also requested a Lyft to bring me back when the vehicle was ready for pick up. Con - Quicklane provided a written quote for the requested repairs/service. the a Lyft to bring me back when the vehicle was ready for pick up. Con - Quicklane provided a written quote for the requested repairs/service. the vehicle was sent to the main garage for repairs (not sure why?). the main garage tried to charge an extra $100? luckily I had the written quote & questioned the difference. Pro - quicklane correct the upcharge and I only paid for what was quoted. Con - 3rd time having work done on vehicle and 3rd time an oil handprint was left on the driver's seat back rest. PLEASE keep your dirty hands off the cloth seats! More
Only complaint didn’t close hood completely. Got on freeway it xxxxxxup had to find quick exit to close it. Service manager was good enough to work with me so I could wait for work to be done. Don’t like your policy not able to wait if the service to be done is minor and will not take long. I live in east Mesa have purchased many vehicles from Earnhardt mostly when dealership was in Tempe. It’s time I start shopping closer to home. More
